Simon Cowell got together some of the biggest musicans from the UK and America, to record a cover of R.E.M.’s biggest hit “Everybody Hurts” (originally released on the band’s 1992 album Automatic for the People). With this single he would like to raise the money for charities, supporting the relief efforts in Haiti.

The single is out in the UK today -- digitally. You can buy it on iTunes, Amazon, HMV, Nokia, Play7digital.

All proceeds from the single will be equally split between Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) and The Sun newspaper’s “Helping Haiti” appeal.
